Ran into problems with reservations. Phone number is a required field during the reservation flow. On Pixel Android devices the keyboard for entering the phone number is auto dismissed on the reservations page. attempts to bring keyboard back are auto dismissed. No way to enter numbers, not even copy and paste. Worked around by going to a PC to make the reservation. I assume I'll be unblocked in the future if I add a phone number to my profile first, then try using the app.

Pointless app, can sign in but when I go to link reservation the page shows all the options with no place to enter the information. Was trying to check in early, but this app feels incomplete. Update: once in the resort, was able to use the app. But for wanting to preload the reservation to schedule activities, could not do it. Hence 4 stars.

App hangs (sometimes) if you try to add guest names to a reservation. Doesn't save the reservation anywhere (you have to continuously "retrieve" it using the original confirmation code). Constantly forgets you're logged in and asks for you to sign in again. Pages often just don't load. I mean.. honestly.. just don't bother having an app. Focus on making a great mobile website if you can't do both.

Hi Jason! The Aulani Resort mobile app doesn't include a Family & Friends section. Jump over to the My Disney Experience mobile app or disneyworld.com to update your Family & Friends list.
